3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and tracking link.

4. Delays

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and 360 degree video of the package and product.

• If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund.
